Maintenance
The Maintenance area is used for adding and inquiring upon scheduled processes such as checklists and reports, checking the status of daily processing, and for system-wide maintenance tasks related to users, devices, branches, and parameters.
Task Scheduler
Checklists are currently defined for daily (End of Day) and yearly (End of Year) processing as well as a checklist for A/R (Accounts Receivable) billing. Reports that have been scheduled can be viewed and canceled (by a system administrator only) from this area as well.
Closeout Day
This inquiry can be used to check the status of the most recent End of Day processing. Daily processing is reliant upon background services and is scheduled to occur at a specific time of the day. This area allows you to view the status of the process to verify whether or not it completed successfully.
