Third-Party Integration
This topic provides links to topics where this software integrates services from other providers (third-parties). Unfortunately, ECI Software Solutions, Inc. has no control over changes other software or service providers may implement. If a third-party provider you depend on makes you aware of changes to their data structure or software processes, it's a very good idea to let us know as soon as possible. We are not necessarily notified of changes made by those providers, so when you have an opportunity, it's best to verify with us that any changes won't affect you in a negative way.

Should Implementation require Support or Development involvement to accommodate a third-party change or a vendor requires the creation of custom procedures or views that don't currently exist, ECI may apply a setup fee and/or on-going maintenance charge for this service. ECI will not charge any fees when the vendor uses existing views for any data access changes necessary and when the changes do not involve work for the Support or Development staff.
