The Office (ALT-O) menu provides access to messaging, notifications, contact inquiry, activities summary, and the Email, Fax & Print Queue (inquiry). Office is available from all application areas and activities (if security access permits).

 

Message

Message is a notification system that can be used to send a text message to users, stations, or to a customer's account.

Notify

Notify provides a way of viewing or modifying a user's current notification settings. Notifications are automatic messages which are triggered by some action in the software.

Contacts

Contacts provides an inquiry-only form that displays contacts who have been set up for vendors and customers. Changes cannot be made to contact information from this area. Contacts can be added, modified or deleted from the database options for vendors and customers (accounts).

Activities

Activities is a customizable inquiry form providing 4 panels of user-specific information.

Email, Fax & Print Queue

Email, Fax & Print Queue provides a way of viewing the status of fax or email submissions. Fax and Email processing both rely on independent software and services that don't involve the application. The queue lists the status regarding passing data to the appropriate software or service and any statuses those might return.
