The Maintenance sub-menu offers a number of utilities supplied for making file maintenance updates.

Account Global Modify

This global modify option is used for master accounts. The Global Modify utility may be used to make database changes to large numbers of customers all at one time. For this reason, it should be used with care. This feature should be restricted to only those users who are aware of the possible consequences. Global modify changes cannot easily or always be undone.

Job Global Modify

This global modify option is used for processing changes to jobs linked with a master account. The Global Modify utility may be used to make database changes to many jobs all at one time. For this reason, it should be used with care. This feature should be restricted to only those users who are aware of the possible consequences. Global modify changes cannot easily or always be undone.

Capital One Trade Credit (formerly BlueTarp) Maintenance

Capital One Trade Credit (formerly BlueTarp Financial, Inc.) is a company that provides receivables management services to building supply companies and credit to contractors, etc. This utility is provided for mapping Capital One Trade Credit (formerly BlueTarp) card holders to accounts in the software.

Quote Price Update

This utility allows you to update the pricing on an existing quote using the existing price structure for that customer. This would be used to update a quote either due to changes in the customer's price structure or changes to inventory prices/structure. Multiple quotes for the same customer may be updated at one time.
