Messages
You can add document and POS Assured Receipt Disclaimer messages by updating the text boxes in this tab. Different message areas are necessary because the amount of available space provided for each message type varies.
Invoices / Tickets / Quotes / Orders
Use this text box to add a message to these Point of Sale transactions printed using an invoice format (8-1/2 x 11 size paper). This setting is optional.
When applicable, the message prints or displays in the area below the address boxes on the form and above the listing of items. The style (format) of the document as well as the presence of document notes or delivery instructions can affect whether this message appears. Other information or messages are usually given a priority over the branch message.
Cash Tickets
Use this text box to add a message to printed cash tickets. This setting is optional. By this, we mean any receipts printed on a "cash ticket" type printer rather than a full size invoice.
POS Assured Cash Receipt Disclaimer
Use this text box to add a disclaimer to cash receipts produced using the POS Assured device. This setting is optional.
POS Assured Charge Receipt Disclaimer
Use this text box to add a disclaimer to charge receipts produced using the POS Assured device. This setting is optional.
