21.0 Release Notes

This section shows you the new features and fixes that are available to your business, some of which, you may have requested! To find out if you can use these features, compare this version of Help (26.0) with your current version, which is listed in Help >About.

When you install the latest software version, you can use all of the features here, even in your company "skipped" one or more of the previous versions!

We use identifiers in the release notes that can help you refer to software changes, if you experience an issue after the release.
These identifiers start with a letter, that indicate the kind of software change it is, like:

  • E for Epic, outlines major features around a specific area of the software

  • B for Backlog, specific tasks implemented to fulfill he goals of the epic

  • R for Request, which indicates a new feature, requested by a single customer, that now serves many businesses

  • D for Defect, which indicates a change we have made that corrected an issue a customer reported in the past.

If you are looking for a specific change, use the Find function (Ctrl key + F) in the Major Features or Change Log help topics to enter search text .
