Office
The Office (ALT-O) menu provides access to messaging, and the Email, Fax & Print Queue (inquiry). Office is available from all application areas and activities (if security access permits).
Message is a notification system that can be used to send a text message to users, stations, or to a customer's account.
Email, Fax & Print Queue provides a way of viewing the status of fax or email submissions. Fax and Email processing both rely on independent software and services that don't involve the application. The queue lists the status regarding passing data to the appropriate software or service and any statuses those might return.
