Global Updates
Do It Best Rewards Customers Can Use Rewards Points at Multiple Stores
LBMH03-732 – If your customers participate in the Do It Best Rewards program and shop at more than one local Do It Best (DIB) store, they should be able to collect and use the rewards points they have earned across these DIB locations. We have worked with Do It Best to connect to their national DIB rewards look-up site and display their available points during their transactions. Contract Sales Invoice Document Type Added
LBMH03-4156 – At the request of a new customer, we have added a new Contract Sales Invoice document style to the library that will offer a new layout option for your Point of Sale transactions. This document style summarizes non-itemized adjustments, subtotals, tax and payment amounts and provides a way to add up to ten lines of notes pertaining to the transaction. Using the PSN to Send Retail Data to Do It Best
LBMH03-731—We worked with Do It Best to add the Send Retail Data feature to the Private Supply Network (PSN), which improves the security of transaction information and enhances communication with the vendor. There are some new controls that let us send these details more frequently to ensure better data management. See Using the PSN to Send Retail Data to Do It Best.
Ecommerce Updates
Inventory Sync Process Provides More Timely Spruce eCommerce Updates
LBMH02-713 – The most urgent question our Spruce eCommerce customers ask us is, “Does the data in the application match what is displayed in my online store?” To make this update process more secure and efficient, we have created an Inventory Item Sync process to ensure that updates occur within less than 10 minutes after you save your changes. Statement and Invoice Discounts Applied to Spruce eCommerce Websites
LBMH02-1071 – Many of our Spruce eCommerce customers have asked us to give them the tools for posting statement and invoice terms discounts that apply to your customers’ accounts and invoices to their websites. This release supports the application of statement and invoice discounts to account/job and invoice amounts that display online so your customers can pay their true balances using your Spruce eCommerce website. End of Year 1099-NEC Update (US Only)
LBMH03-3881 – The Internal Revenue Service has modified the End of Year 1099-NEC form to change how the calendar submission year is entered, so we have modified our form to match.
Remote Client Update Process Ensures Better Results
