The Rewards Plus Maintenance dialog window is located in Receivables > Utilities > Rewards Plus Maintenance. This is where you can manually post earned points, award bonus points and expire posted points.

Post Earned Point – Post all earned points (Earned on or before the selected date) at once or by selecting a specific account in the "Customer Account" field. Press View (F5) to populate the list. Select which accounts you wish to post the earned points for, and press F12 to process.

Award Bonus Points – Award bonus points to all Rewards Plus Enrolled accounts at once, or by selecting a specific customer account in the “Customer Account” field. Press View (F5) to populate the list. Enter the amount of bonus points to award. Select which accounts to award the bonus points, and press F12 to process.

Expire Posted Points – You may expire posted points from a specific customer or all accounts at once. Press View (F5) to populate the list. All posted points for selected accounts can be expired at once by selecting the “Expire posted points in full” option or you may enter an amount of points to remove from a customer’s account. The “Select” option must be checked in order for the change to take effect. Press F12 to process.
