The Ticket (ALT-T) tab displays the subtotal, tax, and total as well as the amount that would be charged to the customer's account if invoiced now. When the Advice Note (aka. Ticket) involves a customer order with a deposit, the deposit amount is shown and deducted from the total due.

To invoice the Ticket (Advice Note) immediately, click in the "Invoice Now" check box before selecting Finish. The "invoice now" check box is not shown if the transaction is associated with an installed sale contract.
