Receivables Reports

Several receivables reports are available. Some reports run using real-time figures but may also include information from the customer's last statement.

Trial Balance

This report lists customers' receivables balances for a selected period.

Account Status

Provides a summary of account activity with an optional job summary. Filters provide the ability to limit report selection based on the status of the customer (active, inactive, disabled, etc.).

Aged Balance

This report lists the current balances for all or selected customers with receivables accounts.

Credits to Apply

The "credits to apply" report provides a listing of open or "unapplied" credits (payments, memos, etc.). These credits may require posting or may not be eligible for posting when a customer has no outstanding balances/open items.

Over Limit

The "over limit" report provides a listing of customer with a "total due" that exceeds their credit limit. At the user's discretion, the report's total due can be calculated either solely on balances or it can also include pending transactions such as customer orders and tickets (aka. advice notes).

Past Due

This report uses the "promised payment date" and "last payment date" to determine whether an anticipated (promised) payment was missed. This can be a useful tool for collections management.

Corporation Status

This report lists either summary or detailed balance information for accounts linked with a corporation.

Rent to Own / Hire Purchase Report

This report lists the Rent to Own/Hire Purchase status details for the accounts that have these agreements with your business.

Custom Report Library (AR)

Opens a listing of reports located in the directory (folder) specified for custom reports library for the current user. The listing includes ActiveReports® files residing in the folder with a prefix of "AR."
