This option opens a viewer window (similar to one used with documents) and displays an image of the current screen formatted to print on letter sized paper in landscape alignment. Basically, this allows a user to see how the screen print will appear when printed. From this window, a user can print the screen image, zoom in or out (using the hourglass icon), or view multiple pages (not usually applicable with screen prints). As an alternative to printing the entire window, grids also offer a Print and Preview function on the alternate menu. This is useful because it limits printing to just the contents of the data grid.
