Setting the Volume for M400 Devices

This topic explains how to set the volume options for an M400 device.

To set the volume for an M400 device:

1. On the M400 device, press 1, 5, and 9 at the same time.

2. Choose Control Panel.

3. Choose SysMode.

4. Choose Supervisor. The device prompts you for a password.

5. Enter the password and press the Enter key. (1166832)

6. Choose Administration.

7. Choose Sound Utilities.

8. Choose Volume.

9. Use your finger to slide the Volume bar to the right to increase the volume or to the left to decrease the volume.

10. Press the red X to exit back to the Main Menu.

11. Choose Diagnostics.

12. Choose Buzzer/Audio.

13. Choose Beep to hear how loud the beeps are.

14. Choose Play Audio File to hear how loud a video that includes audio would be.
