Delivery Slip (Ticket)

The Delivery Slip is the same as the "default" Ticket style except that no pricing, amounts, and totals are shown unless these options are selected during processing. If the Ticket involves a customer order, it will also print any items that are currently backordered. This document be used as the delivery driver's copy, for example.
