Contract Style

The "contract" style is intended for providing to the customer and includes billing information (totals, payments, etc.) but no details regarding materials used. This version provides information regarding any 3rd party installation expenses. A signature line is provided. If your company decides to use this version as a "contract," please be aware that the contract document does not automatically include or print any legal verbiage or terms. Consider using paper printed with the terms of the contract on one side or a separate document. Any written contract should reviewed or written by a legal professional.
