Maintenance Reports
The Maintenance area offers two (2) reports: User ID List and Device List.
This report can be used to generate a report listing users. The report can include all users or you can only include users based on selected permissions, document access, or application security codes. Filters by user type are also provided. The report provides the user ID, first and last names, user type, default branch, and security codes.
This report provides a listing of either printers, stations, or both. The only devices listed will be those configured for use with the application and not necessarily every printer or PC on your company's network.
