ItemSets

An "ItemSet" is a classification tool used for sales, orders, and quotes. ItemSets allow you to assign items to groups, which you can sort, invoice, and deliver separately. This is particularly useful when a customer places a large order but needs a specific group of materials to be delivered at a time. ItemSets allow you to stagger these deliveries based on the customer's schedule. ItemSets are an excellent way of keeping track of the customer's delivery needs while maintaining a single order at the same time.

Note: Typically, itemsets print on quote and order documents but not on sales documents. To print itemset information on a sales document, choose the InvoiceItemSet format when printing the sales document, or in your Printer Device settings (Maintenance > Database > Devices > Printers) you can choose the InvoiceItemSets format in the Style column for PS Sales Invoices.
